Sony BRAVIA 3D HDTV
Sony has unveiled 12 shiny new BRAVIA 3D HDTVs in the event which held in Japan. These new models are divided into LX900, HX900, HX800, HX700 and NX800 line-ups dividing the features based on the amount of money the buyer wants to spend. The most interesting device from the above lineup is the LX900 that houses never seen before features like top flight 3D HDTV.
The Sony BRAVIA LX900 3D HDTV is a huge TV with a 60 inch screen having a 1920 x 1080 resolution and featuring goodies like “Intelligent People Sensor” and “4-speed crosstalk reduction”. Crosstalk reduction feature actually adjusts the picture fed to the screen for the left and right eye separately providing the best experience. Whereas the Intelligent People Sensor basically changes the brightness of the picture depending on the environment light intensity and also effects the direction of sound depending on where you happen to be in relation to the device. The latest BRAVIA is intelligent enough to even tell if you are actually watching the TV and would dim the picture if you are not. Leaving it alone for a minute will shut it down all by itself to cut electricity bill. Even staring at the full HD picture too close and for too long will throw a message telling you to back off because it might hurt your eyes.
Of course depending on the model they are equipped with wire and wireless LAN, HDMI inputs, all the rest of it plus two pairs of 3D glasses, black, grey or pink. The Sony BRAVIA 3D HDTVs have been approximately priced from about 2,100 dollars for 40 inch HX700 to all the way up to 6,500 for 60 inch LX900.
