Panasonic’s Portable Digital Viera DMP-HV100/DMP-BV200

Panasonic has recently launched two portable TVs, DMP-HV100 and DMP-BV200 under their Portable Digital Viera line. These devices can play back a variety of media formats from SD/SDHC/SDX cards. The format includes DivX, AVCHD and H.264 files. Both these models have 10.1-inch screen with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. These devices can directly tune into DTV over the airwaves and also have the facility to connect wirelessly to streaming contents or the Panasonic’s own Viera home entertainment system via an optional WiFi dongle. The DMP-BV200 also have the capability to watch DVD and Blu-ray discs. At present these are  only going to be available in Japan so it might end up in a long wait for the others.
